"I hired Aluminum Company of NC do replace all my windows and entry doors -- a project that was LONG overdue. I'd done a lot of research into replacement windows -- what to ask when interviewing companies, what a quality installation looks like, which windows are the best quality. I'd been saving up for eight years for this because I wanted quality -- and it isn't always the name brands you know that are the best. I chose this company for these reasons: 1) Reputation. The company has been around since 1961 so they aren't going anywhere. 2) I researched the brand and type of window they install to verify quality and these were recommended by more than one person. 3) I asked about the install itself -- who measures, to what detail do they measure, type of caulk, how they insulate. And they never once treated me like "the clueless little woman." The rep respected that I did this due diligence and even gave me MORE information about their installation process, which I double checked, and yes, it is above and beyond. 4) The payment plan was simply unbeatable. 5) They gave me a DETAILED quote AND personal references. Other companies I spoke with did not. Communication was impeccable. It was a wait of a few months, but they kept in touch. Installation took only 3 days for 19 windows and 4 entry doors. These guys work FAST, without sacrificing attention to detail. When we had a mishap with one of my cats escaping the "safe space" they worked with me until I could corral him into another safe space. The crew chief, Chris Riley, is personable and managed the job well. The work site was left CLEAN. The full screens I asked for were installed later, and they're great. I had many windows that hadn't been opened for years because of being painted shut, nor had they been cleaned well. Now I can clean my own windows, the draftiness is gone and I am comfortable because that this company stands by its work. I am an anxious person. This was the biggest job I've ever had done where I didn't already know the person doing the work. They dealt with my anxiety beautifully and kindly. "My husband and I could not be any happier with the experience we had with Floors to Go in Raeford NC. If I had to choose one word to describe the service it would be SUPERB!!  We wanted hardwood floors in our living room and hallway leading to our bedroom and knew that it was a project we shouldn't attempt on our own. Upon walking into the showroom at Floors to Go we were greeted by Kina a very pleasant and helpful staff member. Kina listened to our ideas and asked questions we hadn't thought of i.e.: do you have indoor pets/kids. With the answers to those questions and more we decided hardwood would not be the best choice for us. With our likes and dislikes in mind Kina pointed out several samples for us to consider and allowed us to take the samples home to compare with our existing décor. This process continued until we found the perfect match for us. Kina was so patient with us as we looked through what felt like EVERY single sample (probably twice).  Djuna, another amazing asset of the Floors to Go team, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selection, offering insight that was essential in our decision making.  Now the fun part begins, measurements, demolition of the carpet and hardwood floors of our front door entrance, hallway, and living room.   James, the installation manager, personally came out and double checked our measurements for accuracy and gave us recommendations for some options to help the flooring flow better throughout the house.  Junior and JR were the gentlemen that did the demo of the existing carpet and the section of hardwood floors we wanted replaced!!  QUICK and CLEAN!!  They also did the installation of the new flooring.  They did such an amazing job and were very pleasant to be around.  James periodically checked in on the progress throughout the entire job to ensure the highest quality.  The final step was to have the baseboards and shoe molding painted.  The painters went above and beyond to make everything sparkle.  They even took the extra time to retouch some spots on the doors that my dogs decided we a scratching post.  For us, it's the little things that count.  Having pride in the job you do and not just doing a job.  Dee, the president of this location, has such an amazing team at her fingertips.  You can tell that the pride in team flows straight from the top.  Floors to Go is a top quality, above and beyond, go the extra mile team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering flooring.  They also do countertops, cabinets, painting, remodeling, vinyl siding, pressure washing, windows, remodeling, repair and much much more......
