"Phillip showed up for the estimate on time and prepared. We had a bid in 2 days. It wasn't the cheapest but after talking to him at length when he was assessing for the estimate, I felt he was very conscientious - felt that his word was his bond. He and his workers showed up when scheduled and spent 3 full days replacing rotted wood and caulking. He found areas of needed repair that we hadn't seen and hadn't been on the list of repairs; he took care of it anyway with no additional charge. The painting was neat and clean, he and his crew worked everyday, and remained both professional and very personable. When he finished, he walked around the house with me to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I didn't have a color for the front door settled on when he finished, but was happy to come back and take care of it when I made up my mind. It is rare today to find someone as willing to stand behind his word on all counts as Phillip was. A joy to work with. We will never use a different painter and I can highly recommend his work."
