Darrell promptly responded to my initial request for an estimate on replacing 2 interior doors (one with a new frame), repairing a wooden bi-fold door, repairing a bureau drawer and replacing an existing bathroom vanity/sink/faucet setup. "He arrived punctually and showed me various photos of mail boxes on his smart phone and associated pricing. He subsequently went to Lowes and picked out one. Upon his return he was excited to tell me that he found a mail box cheaper than the one we agreed upon and it had a magnetic door on both ends. He dug up the old mail box and post (with a tool I was able to borrow from a neighbor), concreted in the new post and fastened the new mail box enclosure over the post. He also affixed new address numbers on the post. Looks awesome. He carted away the old post and box. A job beautifully done! He also was able to give me both a senior and military discount."
