Every member of the team was exceptional - from the exceedingly polite, punctual and professional initial on-site estimator to the incredibly responsive back office team who helped me complete my order (and was so patient throughout my many changes) and finally the respectful, organized and hard-working installation team, who completed a very difficult project within two days, working through a late afternoon downpour to finish the job on time. They even came back weeks later to repair a gate-latch at no cost. I sought 4 bids for this project, including from a well-known company where I was a repeat customer, where the other contractors were either no-shows, unprofessional or demanding of expensive prep requirements before considering the project. "Contacted the company on 8/9.2011 for an estimate to replace an old slate roof with a metal roof. George came out the same day to do some measurements and indicated that I would receive an estimate in a few days via email. The estimate was received in 3 days, however, the price seemed out of line from the estimates that I received from 2 other companies. I called the company to see if an error might have been made. I left a message for Nick. Received a call from Nick indicating that the estimate was right on. I told him that it was just about double the other estimates. That I could have the slate replaced with slate for just a little more than his estimate for metal. Nick said if the other company wants to do the job for that price let them do it. That is exactly what I am going to do. I thanked him for his time and I will not be using this company in the future."

"It went great! We found Fisher Precious Metals on Angie's List, and after googling them, we found they had very positive reviews across the web. Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. They installed our heating and a/c unit in January and then came back in April to make sure that the A/C was charged and ready to go since they couldn't get an accurate reading in the winter."

Michael C Wall Inc does their own sheetmetal work, so they don't have to send off for custom sizes, and they advertise as specialists in air purifiers. (Therefore, I included them in allergy -and- metal fabrication. They do a lot of commercial/industrial work too.)"

The telephone scheduler was helpful and professional and Marc, the service technician, was wonderful. He arrived on time, with an advance call to let me know he was on his way; he patiently explained the issues; and he offered helpful suggestions.
