"The people are very conscientious and careful about training. They have a training program that they do for all their staff before they let them go into homes. I have had 4 different service providers because I had my primary lady, and I got somebody else while she was on maternity leave, and they also came to clean a condo that I rent out. "We are so happy we found Erzsebet Cleaning Services. I work from home and have a large dog, so we wanted to have a bi-weekly housecleaning service come in so that I could focus on my work. We had a hard time finding someone who we liked, did a good job, and finished quickly to minimize disruptions during my work day. Erzsebet is really nice and flexible, and she brings a great crew of staff who all do a great job. When we first hired them, the team came out for a more intensive clean for a slightly more expensive fee, and then we settled on a biweekly schedule and she was very accommodating to meet my budget. She is flexible to the timing if I have to change it, has no issues with my dog (I try to keep him out of the way), and her team finishes quickly. If I have a special request to clean a certain area, she will arrange to accommodate it. She reviews everything after the crew have finished, and is always open to any feedback if I find something that got missed. They even take care of my basement area and laundry area, which is much appreciated. We've been using them for about 6 months now, and they are better than all the other places we've tried. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and efficient cleaning team.

Most importantly their approach to cleaning is not hurry up and get on to next job but rather they treat your home as if it were their own.
