Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. "A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. "Great!! The Walker Roofing people (sales, project supervisor and work crew) were excellent and very knowledgeable in their areas. They quickly and correctly addressed our questions, concerns or problems. If something was going to be delayed, they told us before hand. No unpleasent surprises. The work crew was excellent; fast, efficient, on time and hard working. Incredible cleanup of the old cedar roofing with no damage to lawn or plantings around house. "Integrity Exteriors and Remodelers is only company I would ever trust to call when I need something done to my house or garage. Andyâ  s crew replaced my siding and roof in 2008. I was so impressed with the quality of work and communication that I called him to replace my roof 8 years later after a big hail storm. Once again he did excellent work. I called them to put gutters on my big garage. Again they did a great job at a very fair price. A year later I had Andy put gutters on my house, while he was making sure they were doing a good job he notice I had a few missing shingles from a storm. The roof was a few years old with many storms and had nothing to the workmanship of his crew. He fix the few shingles at no charge! He really stands behind all his work!! When I decided to put a metal roof on my workshop, I called Andy right away. He gave me a prompt estimate and once again they did a wonderful job. Recently Andy added some outdoor outlets under my deck. I consider myself a handyman but Andy has teams that can get the project done fast and done right. "Had some hail damage to the roof and they drove out to check it out and give me an estimate, what I really liked was the gentleman (can’t remember his name) I talked with didn’t seem pushy or didn’t seem like he was trying to get me to spend more money than was was necessary and the whole process that seemed stressful at the beginning, wasn’t stressful at all and was very easy without having to talk on the phone with a whole bunch of different people. The work done was quality, as far as I can tell, and was done quickly and wasn’t a nuisance to my family and me during the process."
