"Greg and his crew were great. Professional, courteous and efficient. Everything looks like it was made to be where it is. They cleaned up well and even scheduled a drywall guy to come and repair the places where we removed lights or had to drill in the wall to drop wire (added cost)."

"My porch light chronically burned out, and on the same wall an interior light switch sparked when turned on and off. Therefore, I was concerned there was a safety issue with the wiring and wanted repairs as necessary and the advice of a professional electrician about the overall safety of wiring in my older home. I purchased the Angie's List Deal for two hours of electrical service for $99 figuring I could have those issues diagnosed, and if time permitted, some light fixtures installed. When scheduling the appointment Mr. Lucatuorto was very accommodating to my schedule. I assumed Mr. Lucatuorto would perform the work, however, someone working on his behalf arrived on time per our scheduled appointment. <br /> I was satisfied with the installation of the light fixtures and light switch by the worker, however I laked confidence in the expertise of the worker in assessing the condition and safety of the wiring in my home due to his contradictory statements made while working. For example, I told him that I believed my home was not grounded, and asked if that was a safety concern. He stated that every house is grounded, but upon looking, confirmed that my house was not grounded and essentially said that wasn't a bid deal. He also advised that my wiring was probably safe, yet talked about a friend with an older home that he had recommend be rewired that burned down due to an electrical issue. He even showed me photos of the burned down house on his phone. He didn't seem to be telling me this to encourage/scare me into having work done; if anything it seemed as if the was disinterested in my questions about whether additional work might be warranted (such as whether I should have my house grounded). Having determined he lacked adequate knowledge to address my concerns, I just wanted him to wrap up the installations regardless of the time remaining in the two hour appointment. If I were to consider hiring Energy Electric again I would only do so if Mr. Lucatuorto would do the work, rather than his employee. <br />"

"Loving my backyard. Can’t wait for COVID to be over so I can have gatherings and show off my new backyard. For now, my toddler is loving walking or running around the backyard without worrying about tripping from the old slimy cement I once had. Yay pavers! I worked with Jim, Frank, and Beau. First, Jim has a good vision which helps as most customers like me only know they want pavers and how much I can afford (though never tell contractors that). He measured the area, went over the colors and design, etc. Frank kept me in the loop on the schedule and Beau took care of me during the whole project. I am truly thankful for Beau as he worked with my last minute additions (sitting wall and lights). I mean I literally woke up and thought hmm “lights” and here I go texting Beau. I think since my budget was limited, Jim just gave me what was most important to me and he truly stretched what I can reach with my budget. The guys who worked on the pavers are like miracle workers, I mean I went to get a quick fast food brunch drive-thru and when I came back, the old stuff was mostly all taken down and its only been an hour or so. What they can do in 2-3 days was unimaginable. Yes, thats all the time it took and no they did not cut corners as I was observing the process from time to time. It was like HGTV live for me (I mean we all watch “Property Brothers” and the such but to see it in person was very entertaining). Yes, there was no way I could have DIY this backyard project and I wouldn’t want to. When it was all done, I was very happy. I’m also impressed by the warranty as when it started raining after a month and I discovered small area pooling water. I texted Beau and low and behold, I was penciled in very fast and it was fixed by the time it rained the next time. Their knowledge on how to fix problems was very helpful especially to someone like me who would leave things to professionals but watch so I can learn from their experiences. To make my backyard better, I hired a tree removal company to remove a tree that was producing berries that started to stain my new pavers (Oh h*ll no). Unfortunately, the tree removal company cracked a brick and no they didn’t tell me, I can just see some type of scratch mark on it and it wasn’t the evening before they came. I knew it wasn’t covered on the warranty but asked Beau if they can come and fix it. I was willing to pay but they were so nice that they came and fixed it for me for free. I think they felt bad as they knew my plans of how I wanted to show off my new pavers but with COVID, plans were still on hold. They have pride on their work, that small cracked brick would ruin the unveiling. Haha. Thank goodness. Yay, System Pavers."

"I found Suncrest here on Angie's List. I called Suncrest and Troy Turner returned my call right away. Troy informed me that he doesn't give free estimates but charges $175.00. I agreed and Try one his staff came out and used surveying equipment to map the terrain of my yard. The also dug test holes and did some other tests. They also inspected the old system and found it completely blocked. It was probably blocked for years but the drought hid the problem.They were here for about two hours. Tryouts went back designed the system and sent me the bid. The $175.00 was credited to the final bill.They scheduled the work for May 11 and they arrived on time and went to work. It took about 5 hours but they did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up. I couldn't be happier. My old system had 1 small drain and the new system has 5. The best thing is they are all in the right places thanks to finding the actual low spots. I can't recommend Suncrest highly enough."
