He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable if you decide to hang around asking questions and listening while he is working so you can learn more about making your appliances work efficiently (I never even knew there was a filter in the dishwasher that is easily removed and should be cleaned out occasionally). When he left for parts, he had to drive to a second supplier, so this job ended up taking up most of his morning -- for just over $200, a more-than-fair price."
