I am no longer concerned about someone falling on loose steps. He was very professional and honest and explained every step of the repair process. He and his associate were very neat and respectful of our property. He generously left some repair supplies behind should anything need a minor touch-up (which we do not, nor does it imply less than excellent work). I would highly recommend him."
