"I hired Salgado’s to repair our 17 year old paver patio and walkway. The pavers were sinking and stained, and moss was growing between them. Greg and his team took great care with leveling the patio, stoop and walkway. They clearly know what they are doing. They removed all the plastic edging which was lifting and shifting and replaced it with a special concrete product. They cleaned and sealed the pavers and the patio looks like new. Greg was on-site most of the time and kept us updated on their progress. I had other estimates and the price was fair. We are thrilled with the work and would highly recommend Salgado’s."

"Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. "The design and selection of plants, shrubs and a tree was different and aesthetically pleasing. The project took place in May, 2018. They included a 1-year warranty on the plants and due to the harsh winter, 6 of the shrubs did not do very well. In May of 2019, I asked that 3 of the shrubs be replaced and to wait on the other 3 to see if they recovered. They quickly responded and replaced all 6 shrubs in mid June and the entire installation is looking very good now (7/21/19)."

"From the first visit we felt Tony would do a great job for us. We had an unlevel, cracked, ugly asphalt driveway and a one-step stoop that was so high, it was scary to step down from. The melted snow ran from the driveway into our garage...that is how much higher our old blacktop driveway was. Tony envisioned a stoop with two steps for safety and esthetics and proposed the idea to us. Obviously, we loved it. Tony was there answering every question, helping us choose materials and always replied within 24 hours, which we found that completely acceptable. So we signed up! Then the work started and we were equally impressed with John who did all the supervision of their concrete team. We loved to see John working along side the crew, riding the machinery and the pleasant way he treated their workers. They also added in a walkway with landscaping and sodded the rest of the yard. Their work is phenomenal! "Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."
