Our home is old and things have settled but he was able to get all the new doors to open and close with little or no pressure applied. The doors also stay open when opened and stay closed when closed, he is skilled and it shows in the work he does. Tyler was great to work with he came did measurements listened to what we wanted, gave us some suggestions and then got everything ordered. He was able to work with our schedule and even came back and put in some door stops and coat hooks on the new doors. We appreciated his professional clean up that he often did during and after the install. I would 100% hire him again."

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness. <br />"

"When the installer came out, he first had me walk the entire boundary of our yard with him so he knew exactly where to install the wire.  We have a hill in the back yard with a lot of trees and brush and he was able to quickly figure out how to work around that while still allowing a large area for our dog to roam.  He got right to work and was done within about 2 hours and marked the wire with flags.  While the installer was getting his equipment ready to start installing, the trainer, Jennifer, called me to set up the first three appointments.  My work is very close to home, so we were able to quickly and easily set those up around the middle of the day.  The salesperson told us that if we needed to do the training in the evening, it might be a little more difficult.  When the trainer came out for the first visit, I could tell she was someone that truly enjoyed working with dogs rather than someone who just had a job to do.  She was able to incorporate playing fetch at the same time she was training, so our dog was excited for the training.  He also enjoyed the many treats she gave him as rewards.  She trained him to avoid the wire instead of waiting for the shock that would happen if he crossed it.  To sum up, the entire experience, the salesperson, the installer and the trainer were all very professional and friendly.  I would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. He also offered to come back if we needed him to, to help with the training. I would recommend Dave and Hidden Fence of Western Wisconsin to anyone!
