To clarify I said so it will be $97.00 initial charge and then $50.00 an hour after that. He said and quot;noand quot; it will take two men so it will be $97.00 for each of us and then $50.00 an hour. I said do you mean that I have to pay $194.00 for you to show up at my house? He said yes because there will be two of us. I asked why they would not come together? There was no explanation. I asked him to take me off their list. No I would not use this service again. I feel they misrepresented themselves and the price was much too high. <br />"

"Pergola was O.K.  Column base was not satisfactory.  I reached him  later, but haven't heard back from him.  His number doesn't seem to working.  I would like for him to repair the base of the column, but I cannot get hold of him. "His crew came in and had to completely repaired a room that had termite damage. This included demolishing all of the floor, sub floor, floor joist and seal plate. Then they went in and installed a vapor barrier on the ground and started replacing all the materials that had been taken out. Terry and I was hoping for something small and maybe a few hours of work and it ended up being a 2 day project. His crew was very efficient and hard working. <br />"
