"So the first time I scheduled them they did now show up. I left work early and picked up my son from daycare to make sure I could let them in the house and no one showed up. I called a few times but their answering service is in Spanish, which I am not fluent in. I had to contact them through Angie's list to reschedule. They showed up 30 minutes late for the rescheduled appointment . Once they were in the house they were very nice and did a great job cleaning. I the most frustrating part was scheduling and wasting time waiting for them. 
I would ask them for a cell phone number or something if you are scheduling an appointment so you can get in touch with them or even call the day of the appointment to make sure they are coming.
