THEY DID SUB OUT PART OF THE WORK - ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, SHEETROCKING & CARPETING - SUBS WERE GENERALLY FINE BUT WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE PLUMBER; HOWEVER WE DID REACH AN EQUITABLE SOLUTION ON THE PLUMBING. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE FOR THEM TO BE ON SITE WITH THE SUBS TO ENSURE AGAINST DEVIATIONS FROM THE PLAN THAT COULD LATER REQUIRE CORRECTION AND COST TIME IN THE LONG RUN. ORIG EST= 6-8 WKS; ACTUAL WAS 10, BUT ACCEPTABLE DUE TO OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINAL END PRODUCT. VERY HAPPY."
