The projects that he and his capable crew have completed to my satisfaction began in 2022. They included: building of my fence, the installation of a ramp in my garage, the creation of a pad built with pavers where I place my garbage and recycling bins that allows me to retrieve them easily when they are emptied and place them in the garage. It was a suggestion from Mr. Jones which I really appreciated. This allows me to comply with the Homeowner’s Association policy of maintaining an attractive looking community. The latest project was to revamp my garden space which I also approve of. I need to add that, when necessary, Mr. Jones will find the correct worker with his same "

"I would hire Dow Walked again to paint, but not to do any additional maintenance work. He does an acceptable paint job and is quick to fix something not up to homeowner standards, tho he does not do any wall prep in advance and sanding only if you point out paint drips he didnâ t catch.. However, his trouble shooting skills are just not there, he installed a bifold door and left it squeaky not able to figure out how make it work smoothly, (WD40 did the trick)he removed my deadbolt to paint the door and put it back on incorrectly so we were locked out of the house. ( new deadbolt needed) he installed a pull out garbage can in the cabinet and left screws inside that he didnâ t put in and can wouldnâ t stay on the track (we fixed) , he installed an LVP floor and was short at baseboards in two spots and left it that way. His carpentry skills are basic, we had him install all new baseboards and some of his cuts not precise. So yes, my recommendation is to hire Walker Painting for painting but not any work requiring troubleshooting or fine carpentry skills..."

"After our dog passed in October we tore down our old fence not expecting to get a new one. The pandemic hits, we decide to get a puppy and now we need a fence. I called 3 companies and from the start was most impressed with Chris. He came out walked me through the estimate and plans. Having to struggle to get materials, he communicated with me every week on status. As soon as he got the materials he was here. Chris and Johnny worked non step for a day and a half finishing the project on 7/2. Through the whole project Chris communicated every necessary detail, was extremely professional and had over the top customer service. He even took the time to bond with the puppy! The workmanship is incredible, the finished product is fantastic! 3 hours after completion we were hit by a powerful storm, it uprooted a massive tree behind my property line that took out my back fence. When hearing about it, Chris ensure the rest of the fence was stable and even volunteered to come out that night and put a temporary fence up for the puppy! Great Upstate is above and beyond with everything they do!!"
