"I hired Holland Concrete to do my very large driveway. I was very weary because I have had the worst luck with contractors in all aspects of the major work I’ve done including the concrete. I had concrete done my backyard a year ago, which again left me with patchwork and subpar work . I cannot say enough good things about Devin and his crew. They were the ultimate professionals, punctual, fair priced, and overall nice people. There was even a little bit extra work that hadn’t been anticipated. There were no change orders and no surprise prices. Devin even came in on a holiday to do the finishing touches. He is also a perfectionist.I would dare say they are probably one of the best contractors in Florida. Cannot say enough good things about them. I will definitely hire them again for all the work I have to do and would highly recommend."

I’m an older senior citizen & have many sewing friend stopping here .And I always told everyone be careful on the steps, they were narrow. & not level. Now it looks awesome. "Ira sent a team of guys (3) to the house as scheduled and they went right to work. I had cleaned out most of the garage so they were able to start quickly. They used a machine to grind the garage floor to bare concrete. The garage had lots of cracks so they filled them in with an epoxy crack filler. Once this was done and dry they rolled on the base color. They rolled the top coat and threw the flakes on the floor. Scraped the excess flakes off and i think another top coat, can't remember exactly. I went with the Poly Aspartic system since it was a one day process over the epoxy system which would have been 3-4 days. Yes it was a bit more expensive but the results are great and it has a great warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE -  the stuff really smells and since it's in your garage it will seep into your house. Be prepared to deal with the smell for about a day, we left the garage door open a crack over several nights to help with the smell. I could walk on it within a couple of hours and parked the car on it the following day. Looks awesome.About a week later they came to start on the driveway, walkway and lania. They pressure washed one day and started the work the following day. They put down the base coat, we selected a two color acrylic system with a template design. After that the stencil was laid down followed by the top coat being applied by sprayer. This was all done by 2 guys, they'd been doing this for quite some time, you could tell. After the top coat dried they removed the stencil and you could see the design and colors. Once all was cleaned up from overspray they applied two coats of sealer. WARNING.... this stuff smells real bad, worse than the garage!!!! My wife and child had to leave one night because of the smell. All in all the driveway and lanai look great. Have received lots of comments from neighbors wanting to do the same to their house. I'll try and figure out how to add photos here soon."
