"Bait and Switchers. DO NOT RELY ON AN ON AN QUOTE FOR JOB THEY HAVEN"T SEEN! IN PERSON. I gave three electricians very explicit information to bid a job. Offered New Dawn opportunity to come make in person quote but they said they didn't need to. Two of three were very close but I picked New Dawn based on these reviews. I paid a $500 deposit and waited several weeks for the service and paid for someone ($200) to be at my house to meet them this morning. Technicians showed up and said they didn't have what was required to do project and "project was out of scope of quote because it required conduit". They were told up front verbally and in text exchanges conduit was required. In fact the text said "Conduit Obviously!". Spoke to Kelly who was one of the owners who confirmed she researched and saw the text exchange and notes but said the person who gave the quote had made an incorrect assumption and that they would not honor the quote and they would have to give me a new quote. When I challenged that (nicely) she hung up on me. Typical Florida scammers."

"I'm angry that the home inspector failed to point out the massive rat infestation in my roof - the foam on the outside copper pipes of the AC was completely visibly chewed away and there were rat wax markings in the soffit holes, big pile of rat droppings visible by from standing on the attic ladder. Now I have to pay over 2000 for new duct work and rat proofing the roof. If i had to do it again, I would do not hire rock solid and do my own home inspection. 0 stars"

"I want to thank Zoltan Filkor for a terrific job on my hardwood floors. I had engineered red oak hardwood in my master suite and a casita. They got me on their schedule within a couple of days, were in, out, and completed in less than a week, and with a color change and refinishing, it looks terrific. They were very careful around the baseboards and other wood, and it requires very little touch up. I was pleased with the pricing, and the workers were very professional. "LEAKING BEFORE YOU BILL IS PAID OFF WHILE THEY DODGE YOUR CALLS IS WHAT TO EXPECT! They will give you a fake warranty on the shingles and workmanship. My roof began leaking at the 2 year mark. An inspector came out to my home and said that the roof was installed incorrectly. This company will not answer or return ANY of my calls. I now have leaking and ponding on my NEW roof. Now, I have to hire an attorney and pay a new roofing company to fix the roof. You are taking a very expensive risk if you have your roof installed by this company! *They use multiple names: Angi Roofing LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus"
