Everything was done to a quality, solid standard and Dylan is terrific at communicating well by phone, text, and in person regarding the work and the scheduling. When replacing a rotted piece of fence molding, it was revealed that the wood slats were also starting to rot. Dylan recommended we cut off the slats above the rot and put on a wider molding strip, plus drill proper weep holes. An efficient and affection solution.
