"I hired the vendor to repair my master bedroom door. The work was completed to my satisfaction. Communication is very important factor when delivering a product or service, I believe their is an opportunity to improve in the area of confirming a time with your customer and showing up at the agreed upon time."

"I have to give this company HLC Doors & Windows its props . First of all the products they sell are very nice and looks great and the prices are not bad either. You actually get to see and touch the doors which is a plus for me and the bast was i got a door the color that I really wanted (Brown). This made me very happy, most places that I checked I would have had to have it painted and pay for that extra , not at HLC. Once my door was picked out, then I was setup for an measurement date of my door and sidelight - which I never new the correct name for the glass window on the side of the door. Once that was done a few days later I received a call from HLC, to get my door install, I was given the opportunity to pick my day, which I picked 01/13/2026. The Young man called to advise me that he was on his way and he arrived on time and greeted me and advised about my burglar door. He worked constantly and efficiently to do a great job! I love how my front door looks, Thanks HLC."

"Mr. LaRue is a good man. He works alone with no side help and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He assisted me in selecting the proper doors for my replacements and provided his expert opinion all along the way. I was always aware of next steps. I plan to hire him for additional work and will definitely refer him to others."

"I ordered a garage door opener from Amazon and hired Drew from Start to Finish Home Improvements, Inc. to install it. He gave me detailed info about his skills, work he has done, and a reasonable quote! Even though Amazon sent me a faulty garage door opener, Drew went far and beyond to stay and install a second garage door opener that I purchased from Home Depot so that me and my family would feel safe with a garage door that works! We will definitely call on Drew to do more small jobs and I recommend that you give him a try because he's true to his word!...Start to Finish Home Improvements, Inc.!!!...Thanks for staying and not leaving us without being able to open and close our garage door."

"Only negative was he failed to check if the door would lock but this door needed to be very specifically aligned that I do not fault him. Other than this he was on time, well understandable and performed his work quickly."
