"Quality Work for Great Price From the quoting process all the way to the last day. Ricky and his team were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I moved into an older home that dated yellow color hardwood floors and some areas where it seemed there was debris embedded into the poly coating. I received a few estimates. When Ricky came to provide an estimate he was able to give me numbers on the spot and followed up with a written copy the next business day. On that day I knew that he knew what he was doing! And, he was also flexible to give me an itemized quote so that I could decide what work I wanted to consider. At the end of the day, we decided to refinish our main floor and replace some areas in the kitchen and 1 board in the living room that had filler and/or gaps. "Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
