Power came back on so I didn't follow up. Generator hasn't worked and was worried about a power outage, so I reached back out. He came out on the same day, diagnosed my issue in a minute, and fixed it. His work was outstanding and I can understand why he is so busy. Everyone wants Rollins Repair.
