"Called back 5 minutes after quote request. Inspected property less than 12 hours after. Started work the morning after inspection. Did unbelievable work on honestly the worst floors Iâ d ever seen. Worth the every bit of the money"

"We have hired him twice. We were thrilled with his work both times! In this last job, he repaired a large hump in our hardwood floor that came about due to moisture. He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable. He and his crew did all of this work in less that a day. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend."

"Clean, quick, efficient. There wasn?t the usual waste of time or material that you can get with some contractors. If you want decent work from decent contractors, here you go."

"Mr.McNaulty is a very pleasant man, extremely proficient at his job which was to refinish our hardwood flooring in our livingroom. He worked steadily and meticulously to make our floor perfect! Right in the middle of the job, we changed our minds and wanted to add on the hallway. He was gracious about our decision to add another room of refinishing and worked it into his schedule. He was a pleasure to have in out home and we are so pleased with his work. We would hire him again in a heartbeat. We are very grateful."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"Wonderful having Josh and his crew around, very friendly, honest, no swearing or inappropiate talk, answered questions readily even if not applicable to what was being done. Very pleased with the job and the men. Josh kept us updated as to what was being done and when. I would hire them again in a minute and recommend them for any job. Would have them again for another project."

"Roger & his team were a pleasure to work with during a multi-month front porch construction project: Patient, communicative, & responsive. They remained committed to project completion while taking on two unanticipated side-efforts on our property & adjusting finishing work where requested. Their determination & professionalism transformed our home's entrance, & we would gladly recommend them for similar artistry in the future."

"They built me an Asian style grape arbor, they went off the design that I had drawn up. It is perfect! They did a wonderful job!! I'm very happy. They are very nice folks. :D"

"Ian Macmaster is a very reliable, very professional person and did an EXCELLENT job of installing carpet throughout the whole house. He also did an excellent job on installing ceramic tiles. Does a job from start to finish. We VERY HIGHLY recommend Ian for any job."

"HomeAdvisor was an immense help to us in identifying an experienced contractor in our Bar Harbor, Maine area to sand, stain, protective coat and polish our over 50-year old hardwood floors that were in great need of re-finishing. We hired B and B Contractors out of Winter Harbor, Maine and are extremely pleased not only with the diligent and expertise workmanship of Brandon Blanchette and his crew and also how polite and comfortable they were in doing and completing this job while we were nearly 2,000 miles away as our travel plans had required. We felt totally safe in leaving our house key and this big job in B and B s great care and possession. This job included 3 rooms and a hallway and several closets. We elected to have it completely sanded to eliminate stains and slight waves in the oak hardwood flooring, then 2 coats of stain were applied and 3 coats of polyurethane followed by buffing once dried. The photographs that Brandon sent us clearly indicated that we now have a beautiful floor. And B and B was superb in making sure the house was cleaned up well after such a messy job. And by the way, this job also included moving many pieces of furniture which they took care of for a nominal charge. We highly recommend this trusted company s services and high work ethics."
