"I hired Zach to install a french drain, to plant some trees, and to install a rock bed at the edge of my property. Zach and crew were very timely and pleasant, and the price was right. But after completion i noticed some minor property damage, and some minor issues with the quality of work and cleanup. I'm a reasonable guy and sent Zach a text letting him know my thoughts, hoping to have a direct convo about it. However, I have not heard back from him at all. Hate to not leave 5 stars, but a little extra customer service would have gone a long way here. Here is that text: Hey Zach, just completed the final invoice. Apologies it took me a few days, we were camping with no cell service until yesterday. I wanted to let you know since i believe in constructive feedback, I'm not happy with some of the work done. My fence post was ran into and dented. I'll try to use a crowbar to repair but if that does not work i'll have to order a replacement & install. A bunch of the trees are planted at a pretty strong 30 degree angle instead of being upright. I'll straighten these out. There are still lots of big rocks in the lawn where the rock pile was. I'll take 30 minutes to clean it up. I know it rained heavily after the fresh soil / seed was planted, but some straw would have gone a long way to keep it in place. I'll have to re rake and seed and straw everything. Some of these are small things, but they leave a bad impression, and I wish your team would have just been upfront with me about the bent fence post."

"The entire experience with Faodail was truly one of the best I have had when it comes to hiring someone to do work around the yard. Cole and his team came out the same day to provide a quote. He arrived before the scheduled time and provided a professional opinion and quote. I hired him based on a very fair price. He scheduled the day at my convenience. Cole and his team arrived early in the morning on the scheduled day. The weeded and edged all the beds before putting down the mulch. They put down a generous layer of mulch around every exposed part of dirt, even to the wall in an area that is quite large. The price was beyond fair and I know there is no way I could have done the work at the price he charged! Cole and his team left my yard looking better than when they arrived with spotless clean up and removal of all debris. Cole was super friendly and helpful and they practiced safe distancing and wore masks the whole time. I would recommend Faodail to anyone looking for great service at a great price!!"

John came and gave us a great, realistic quote and worked incredibly hard to get the wall done right and in a short period of time. He was very honest and very forthright about what would and would not work for this job and then created a beautiful and functional wall for us."

"I'm very pleased how the new patio Tony installed turned out. There were delays and it took longer than expected, but as I found out there were things out of his control. We are currently living in different times. There were delays because materials were not shipped, but it was because of the limited number of drivers that were available. I did my homework, and it was a factor. Dealing with help being available was another factor. Tony did his best and performed most of the work himself. He was dealing with a lot, but pushed through it all. So I was unhappy because I felt the affects of what he was dealing with, but Tony was professional and easy to work with on whatever we wanted to design. Other companies that we met with wanted to force their design which frustrated us because they didn't want to hear or work with the design we provided. Tony offered suggestions when asked but drove the design we provided him. Tony did great work and very fair pricing. We also found other companies were price-gouging and wanted to charge a lot more for providing a lot less. Not only did Tony do a wonderful job on the patio installation, but he made sure the rest of the yard was fixed (better than when he started) and meshed with the new patio like it was there for years. I'm very please with the work he did and I'm already thinking of another project where I could use his services. The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. "Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"
