"The owner, Matt is terrific! Our drain line was backed up. Our downstairs tub, toilet and floor were covered in sewage water from all our toilets, tub, shower, sinks, etc. I called his business after 8:00PM. He answered, was extremely understanding and willing to work with us asap. Unfortunately he couldnâ t schedule to come out until The next AM, while others I called were giving me 2 or 3 days. Understand, we couldnâ t put any water down ANY of our drains, including toilets until the problem was fixed. I was so appreciative of his concerns & willingness to do the best he could to get to us ASAP. I highly recommend Matt & his company, ITS plumbing! He also has electrical and HVAC. Finding someone these days to go above & beyond for U, as well as competent is almost impossible. If u need help with plumbing, electrical & HVAC - Matt & his company ITS Plumbing is who I highly recommend calling!"

"I just can't say enough about the detail, precision, and care that Steven puts into his work. If I could rate him an A+ on here, I would have. Excellent in every way. Perfect cabinet installation. He fastening it to the studs in wall, even when the directions did not call for it. He fixed a problem with our recirculating pump that no other handyman or even plumber could figure out! For the first time in 8-1/2 years, we finally don't have to wait 2 minutes for hot water in our master bathroom!!! My husband was amazed this morning!!! Not only did he fix the door on our bathroom vanity that no one else could, but also saved me from making a huge mistake with my selection of caulk for some brickwork. Honestly, Steven has been a blessing from the Lord. I already have hired him for other various jobs, that will take competence. You won't go wrong if you hire him."
