They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. "This was Salvador's second job for us and it was performed with excellence! After removing two sections of the old concrete walkway, he and his employee dug out huge roots and leveled the ground. They then laid rebar horizontally and vertically, connecting it to the existing concrete for stability. They hand mixed the concrete and poured the new sections, which are not only level but look great! We no longer have to worry about anyone tripping on the old, raised areas. Salvador knows what he's doing and does it professionally. We are awaiting his return for another big chore - that of trimming trees; that job will be rated also, and I'm sure it will be well done too. We are so very pleased, as he's easy to talk to and his manner is so very personable. We feel as though we cannot go wrong with anything we hire him to do."
