DAY of tree removal: The tree removal crew was prompt, courteous, professional, and immediately started on the tree removal. They wore protective gear such as hard hats and high visibility vests. They started with the massive 20ft pine tree in the front yard, they meticulously started removing branches from the bottom to the top, there was even a guy who climbed the tree to make sure that the cut and branch drop was carefully planned as not to hit anything in its drop zone. Then it was off to the backyard to remove the 30ft eucalyptus tree. They did the exact same thing for the back yard as well. The task was so intriguing that even our neighbors commented on how good and skilled they were. Not one branch or debris fell anywhere other than where it was supposed to. There was even a fig tree next to eucalyptus tree that had a branch less than 2 inches away and they didnt even touch the fig tree. AMAZING JOB!!!!! "Although it took weeks to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate, the actual pruning appt. was made fairly soon afterword. I am very impressed with this company. They are very knowledgeable and Cody explained what they were doing and why along the way. They were on time and cleaned up everything nicely. The trees look so much better (They have never had service), the canopies are raised and off the roof and ground, and they have been thinned out but not just chopped. Acorn is also going to prune my Crape Myrtles in the winter. I definitely recommend this company."

Having seen referral services before, such as Home Advisor, Angie, Yelp, I selected one and chose their top recommendation, Blue Oak Tree Services. The owner called me within minutes and said he could swing by within the hour to give me a quote. Price was reasonable and in retrospect cheap considering what I was up against, 11 cypress tree stumps positioned around the pool, with a few in the front yard. If my memory serves me right, his name is Jose. He showed up on time a couple days later with a stump grinder and a helper and within 2 hours had cleaned up and on his way. What a relief that was. I would have hired him to cut the cypress down if met earlier."
