I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. "The roof above our laundromat contained a long row of dryer exhaust penetrations, several plumbing vents, and an older make-up air unit. Lint accumulated around the exhaust area, and the existing membrane had become discolored and brittle near several of the hottest penetrations. Water entered around two exhaust curbs during heavy rain, but the number of overlapping patches made it difficult to identify one clean repair area. The remaining roof also showed open seams and compressed insulation along the maintenance path. The contractor evaluated the roof together with the exhaust-service company. Each vent was labeled so that active equipment would not be confused with abandoned components. The replacement proposal included temporary exhaust coordination, curb improvements, removal of unused penetrations, new insulation, a cover board, a compatible single-ply membrane, and walkway protection. Operating requirements were discussed before the installation schedule was finalized."

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise.
