"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "Wonderful service and impeccable workmanship. Thank you to both Dave Morse, Derek Becce, and the crew of 10-12 guys that just completed the roof on our 3,400 sq ft home in a less then a day and a half. The care and attention to detail was apparent from the moment we met with Dave, to get the quote process started, and carried through with Derek and his team to the very end. The very fact that I can send my kids and dogs outside 30 minutes after the entire roof on our house was replaced and not have to worry about them because there isn't a sign of a nail, roof tile or any other debris is mind blowing. The only negative aspect is that the roof comes with a 50 year warranty so it's pretty likely I'll never get to hire them again."

He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions.
