"Buy shower needed repair on the grout. I called and spoke with their scheduler she was very friendly and someone was scheduled to come out within a week. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate and matched my grout color. Within a couple days they were backed out to repair my grout. The gentleman who repair the grout was very professional and friendly the repairs took approximately 30 minutes. services were paid for at the time of the repair. I would recommend their services."

"We couldn't be happier with the work that Shawn did for us. We initially had him replace our deck. Since we have an 18 month old, I asked him to add a gate at the steps leading to the yard. We can let our son play without worrying. The deck is right off the kitchen, so we open the sliding glass door close the screen. Now we can can cook or clean and let him play. The second job Shawn did was replace the original 100 year old windows ok n the main floor. Since the outside of the old windows had lead base paint, and most did operate correctly, we felt like we need to replace instead or restore. The work was excellent on both jobs. "We are so happy that we went through Pella. Ryan (our sales rep) is truly incredible and very easy to get a hold of when needed. He was prompt, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and a problem solver. When it became apparent with our entry way replacement that we would be spending way more than we budgeted Ryan was able to present solutions to what we were wanting. I still stand in awe at how nice our entry looks. In fact our neighbors complement us on it and what they like about it instead of the simple, "hey, see you got your door replaced looks good." We get the, "Wow, that door looks great! I like how it accents the brick arch in front of the door, and we love the glass in it." This step of our project was an install of a 8' foot 3/4 <br /> light front door, side lights, transom, and 7 floor to ceiling windows in the basement. <br /> It has been my experience that issue do arise on most remodels and it is the mediation of those problems that set the good and <br /> the bad apart. We had some issues that came up with our install and all were taken care of quickly and with zero hassle. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects.
