"My wife and I moved out of town and needed a number of weeds removed from our front and back yards along with our driveway and walk-up sidewalk. (The goal was to prepare to the house for sale). Caleb Waterwash--a subcontractor of KP Affordable Lawn Care--came by for an initial estimate and returned after we had moved. The photos he sent after the job was done spoke for themselves--the affected areas looked better than I had ever seen them. What's more, he completed the work despite stepping on a nail that must have remained in a garden bed since we had roof work done a few years ago. Would definitely hire again if I were not in another state now :)"

There was many points covered in the good reviews he got and I agree with all the good things that were mentioned, so I won't repeat, I would point to things I appreciated the most. Brandon is excellent at his job, he knows exactly what needs to be done, he does not do any extra unnecessary work, yet he does not cut corners and does not ignore any detail. He was very good at pointing to things we did not think about, and giving us advices on different issues, he was very flexible at changing things after we started and adding some work that we found out we needed. He is very friendly and that is very important part for me, when I look for someone for a job, I like to work with a person who is humanistic and who would treat me like a friend and treat my house as if it was his, and not just about business and payments, Brandon was great at that. "5/27/25, I hired Northshore Landscape Design to spray weeds to my flower bed, level area add top soil seed apply penn mulch or section of straw mat owner chooses. 7/21/25 Northshore Landscape Design came to my house unannounced to do the work on my flower bed. I had not heard from anyone from the company in 2 months and was surprised when they showed up at my house unannounced. They put down straw, and gave me no choice to put down what I wanted, which was the penn mulch. The same day, I emailed the owner, Jeff Modock and let him know the situation. Because of their mistake, we negotiated the price. When it was time to pay, my credit card was charge for the full amount, not the negotiated amount. I was told to pay his Admin, Suzanne Roth through her personal CashApp and she would pay the company. Who is to say, she would have aid the company. The owner of the company and his employees lack communication and professionalism. Stay far away from this company."
