"It was fantastic. I was out of town, so I gave Adrian my phone number and address and he was out there that day. He responded right away to the Angie's List Message which was really helpful. He came to the house, spotted a lot of damage, and called me right away. He sounds very experienced with how insurance companies operate, and he gave me the run-down on who to contact and how to do everything (I'm a newbie when it comes to insurance claims). I did what he said and now we're just waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out. He is willing to be the contact person with the insurance adjuster so I don't even have to be around to do anything, he's taking care of it for me! "It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this. The flashing around the chimney also looks a little sloppy. Also, every time that I tried to call the home office, I could not get an answer. They were one of the lower bids that we received and they were able to quickly do the work. Although, I don't think they were very professional and I wasn't overly impressed."

They had originally allowed two days for doing the work, but because they were so effecient and worked hard, they were able to get it done in one day.
