The task was simple but took the cheaper guy about 8 hours, 15 phone calls and three trips to get parts. I should have requested the experienced guy or another company. They were nice enough to be upfront with who they were sending but and quot;cheaper guyand quot; could have been replaced with and quot;really inexperienced high school kid with no tools, parts or general knowledge.and quot; The saddle valve they installed leaked and sometimes the cheap humidifier they installed would not humidify! <br />"
