"Ducts were cleaned as we contracted for. When they finished the HVAC ducts they said they would do the dryer vent as a complimentary service. I told them I had recently cleaned it and they would probably not get much lint out of the vent. I was amazed at all they got out and it was at no additional charge."

"Although we did hire them to clean our air ducts, there ended up being a problem. From their initial inspection we knew they would have to repair one of the ducts. When they went to do that they inspected the other ducts and saw that they were actually in really bad shape. They told us that it really wouldn't make sense to clean the ducts when they really needed to be replaced. Was nice to see what an honest company they are. Would definitely recommend them."

"They found that my old HVAC system was pulling air from the attic. They boarded it up, sealed it and fixed the problem without adding to the price. I did not even have to negotiate this free add on, they just did the work and told me about it when the job was completed. Started working at 8:30 am prompt and left after 7:00 pm due to the extra work. Adhered to Covid-19 practices, cleaned up and vacuumed when the job was completed. Great crew, thorough, professional and polite. I was 100% comfortable having them in my house. Dylan was methodical about explaining how the remote thermostat worked and patiently helped me set it up online. He also explained the 10 year warranty, even going as far as how to transfer the warranty if I sell the house. It was refreshing to have a crew in here with work ethic which is hard to find at the beach. 5+ stars straight across the board for Carolina Comfort Air Inc - Jacksonville."
