"I’m having a prefab metal art studio installed/built at my home. I needed a foundation poured to spec. I met with several contractors, as one does. Efrain at Eco Con came out, on time, and emailed me a bid the next day. His price was significantly less than anyone else, but perhaps more importantly, he seemed honest and everything about him was professional. I check on his credentials and ultimately hired him. He and his crew came out, on time, formed the pad, paths, etc, and poured the concrete a couple days later. Today they came back to remove the forms. They cleaned everything up and were extremely kind, and easy to work with. Honestly, I wish I had more work for them but I don’t. I HIGHLY recommend them. "

Like all old-house projects, this slab pour project had unique problems that would require someone with experience and a willingness to brainstorm in order to do it right. Yesner brought his experience, suggestions, and skills to the project and I'm very happy with the results. Additionally, he was dependable, easy to communicate with, and did not upsell his ideas. He came in with a reasonable bid (which can be hard to find in SF), adjusted costs for the change-orders without gouging, worked with me on the schedule, and was pleasant throughout the entire process. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid.
