"I have used these folks repeatedly. The first time I use them was because my puppies had chewed up a door frame and some other things. By the time these guys finished you would’ve never known anything happened. I love them and they are my go to for everything.K"

"Everything went really well. Rob was punctual and got everything done quickly. The price was competitive. He and the contractors he brought in did an awesome job. In the master shower, they replaced and fixed some of the old pipes and fixtures, installed a new shower pan and all the tile and fixtures. He was even able to work in a curve ball we threw in and installed the niche in the shower. For the outdoor stair drain, he and his crew were able to remove the old, ineffective drain and setup a much better drain with higher capacity and that is better at absorbing the water and rain. Rob also did some research on the best options for drainage in the stair well and helped us avoid costly options that would not work long-term. We're very happy with the result. For the window well installation, he got the job done despite our indecision and patiently worked with us while we changed our minds. Now we have an installed window well attached to the wall in a very narrow space with the drainage gravel all setup and ready to go. All through the process, Rob was awesome at communicating with us, keeping us updated, and figuring out solutions with us, giving us invaluable info based on extensive experience to help us make the best possible choices."

"Answered the phone late in the day on the evening of a holiday and we were able to schedule installation of a dishwasher the day after holiday. Plumber was very friendly, efficient and did a great job. He even hauled away our old unit. We'll definitely use this company again!"

"They were very prompt about giving an estimate and scheduling. I was not home when they came to do the work, but left a text message with them to call if they were any problems. They finished the job the same day and texted me about payment. When I got home and saw the finished job, the concrete work was fine, but the condition of my driveway was not. My driveway had concrete coating and was sealed, They used a concrete cracker to break up the steps. The cracker left black tread marks all over the driveway. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they sent someone out the next day to pressure wash my driveway, but it still looked the same. i gave them 1/2 payment in good faith with the intention of resolving the driveway damage before giving them the rest of the payment. After further discussion, they told me that it would wear off and they could do nothing more. My experience with removing tire marks from sealed concrete coating is that it does not completely wear off. I suggested having them do another concrete coating over the damaged area and they said they only did small areas and to have a concrete coating company do it. Bottom line, as soon as black marks were noticed, they should have called me so I could have considered other options to protect my driveway. Their lack of professionalism about resolving the damages is unacceptable."

"The most positive thing we have to say is that everyone was nice. The work, however, was a different matter. First, they warned us that there could be lot-to-lot variation in brick color. We were ready for that but our crew wasn't. The result is an unattractive splotchiness that even the crew who sealed our pavers found unacceptable. They won't be choosing to show any photos of our finished work on their portfolio. Second, the company fails to provide toilet facilities for their workers. We have three watchdogs in our home. We're not in a position to cover that obligation. Further, the guys didn't have goggles, face masks or gloves despite really extensive concrete dust in the air. We thought it abusive and were not comfortable. We mentioned it to our salesman to no avail. All communication had to be via iPhone Google Translate, and the project manager showed up only once and at that, for the first time two hours after the crew had arrived. We've hired decorative paver work before. I'm afraid this result was only marginally acceptable. Nice people, though. We did appreciate that."
