"Above All Cleaning & Restoration was the ideal contractor to use for water damage to our home.  They are experts in working with your insurance company and even use the same software that the insurers use, to make for a smooth process in determining cost of repairs.  Richard, the main contractor who bids the project, was extremely professional and easy to work with.  He was knowledgeable and honest about what insurance would and would not cover and helped to get things covered that insurance wasn't going to pay for.  Justin and Heather were our day-to-day project managers.  They were extremely responsive to our phone calls and emails.  We had a very tight window at the end of repairs where they needed to schedule final items to be taken care of quickly.  They went out of their way to make sure everything was completed before we moved back into our home.  In general, Above All Cleaning & Restoration made a very stressful period in our lives much easier to handle.

"Kep Klen sent a crew of three to do the deep clean plus Rafaela appeared to talk to the team. Just had them again for an upkeep cleaning which went very quickly, very thorough. I highly recommend this company."

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is.

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"Juan and his wife, Ericka, cleaned from ceiling to floor - literally. From cleaning my lights and ceiling fan to detailing the baseboards, the house was deep-cleaned really well. After that, a regular cleaning every other week is what I asked for. They polish all the furniture, disinfect everything, and even swept my front porch. Outstanding job."

"They took a last minute request for a cleaning of a home so it was ready for the new owners to move in. The cleaning was immaculate and reasonable rates. I highly recommend them!!"
