"Henry and his team did a wonderful job landscaping our backyard! We moved into a new build, so our backyard was a blank slate. He was very helpful with the overall design of the yard, which was great since we did not have easy terrain (very sloped) and did not have any experience with landscaping. We had a large concrete patio and steps installed, along with a multitude of trees, plants, grass, rocks and an irrigation system. Henry and his team were very efficient and were respectful of the worksite. He was onsite with his team at all times, so we were pleased that there was some oversight. "Had a large existing paver patio removed and underlying concrete pad, which was previously put in by DMX landscape just horrible!!! DMX put in 3 other patios in my neighborhood and all four (4) of us had them tore out and redone, I wouldnâ t hire DMX to walk my dog!!! ***I contacted Giovanni with Denver Landscape and his crew lead by Fabian did an outstanding butt busting intensive labor job to demolish & carry out numerous wheel barrels of sand and concrete! They then brought in road base and compacted going over it several times, the put in the new extra large pavers and it is beautiful! This new patio will be here for a life time it is and has a perfect grade for draining!!!!! The lead man on the job (Fabian) was pleasant, communicated from beginning to end of the job, everyday they cleaned up put everything away before they left the job. They worked diligently everyday except Sunday to complete the job. Owner Giovanni was always available returned my texts/calls immediately anytime I had a question. Denver Landscape put in my next door neighbors patio 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. "Our home came with a "xeriscaped" back yard, with about 550 square feet of 12"x9" pavers. The original homeowner's contractor installed the pavers incorrectly: directly on the bare ground, with no gravel or weed barrier. A number of gaps started appearing, and some pavers were unlevel. We also were getting a lot of weeds growing between the pavers, which were a pain to pull up. My wife found Minh last year in Angie's List, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate, but we decided to hold off on the project until now. Minh still honored the old estimate, even though material costs have gone up considerably since then. Minh and his crew did an *outstanding* job in taking up all of the pavers, tamping and leveling the ground, laying down a weed barrier, putting down a layer of breeze gravel, reinstalling the pavers, and then applying polymeric sand between the pavers to make it solid and weed-resistant. He plus his crew did the initial work, but Minh himself did all of the paver re-installation and sand-spreading himself to ensure a super-high quality result. It was completed over the course of five business days, which were during 90-degree+ daytime temperatures. Minh is super easy to work with, he is meticulous in his craftsmanship, very responsive to phone and texts, and has a great work ethic. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs stonework or any other landscaping work done. Extra kudos for getting this project done during a heatwave!"

"Sharper Image Landscaping (SIL) just completed a full backyard landscaping project that included the following: - Extending my patio by 8 feet in depth and 44 feet in length - Building 3 feet in height and 44 feet in length retaining/seating wall - Installing a two-zone sprinkler system - Leveling the backyard to match the height of the retaining/seating wall - Installing three 25-foot Redpoint maple trees - Laying new sod - Zeroscaping the portions of the lawn - Install led lighting - Installing flagstone on the retaining/seating wall While there are so many things to praise about the quality of their work, I want to highlight a few things that show the devotion to exceptional work. The patio extension was a significant part of the project, and it was one that I had multiple vendors offer solutions. SIL was the only that addressed two concerns 1) the water drainage off the old and new patio slabs and 2) the water drainage from my gutters. To eliminate any water damage to the foundation, SIL proposed adding a French drain that would run the length between the old and new slabs, and the pipe would run underneath the fence to drain away from the property. They also proposed connecting the gutter drains to the same tube so water would not collect on the concrete slabs. Days after the project completion, I had the opportunity to see their solution in action, and there was no water collection on the concrete. SIL also used the retaining/seating wall to show a level of experience over other vendors. The original plan was for a 44-foot wall, which SIL pointed out had a major issue; a straight wall would allow dirt to spill out on the sides. They suggested adding two feet of wall to square of the corners, thus eliminating the problem. It was a simple and effective solution that others did not propose, and it was one that made the elevated backyard look amazing. As for the rest of the work, it was exceptional. The quality and care SIL put into each portion of the project was outstanding. I have already recommended SIL to two others, and I will continue to recommend them to others, as well as hire them for the next phase of my project. I am so confident in their work that I have offered to be a reference, and if needed, allow others to see SIL work firsthand at my place."
