"We recently moved into new home with new landscaping and sod.  While out walking, I had been looking at yards in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods and noticing who was providing their service with the signs.  The Lawngevity lawns seemed to look the best.  They do seem to be more expensive compared to what I was paying in the past for this type of service, but they come out monthly as opposed to my previous company at my old home who came out eight times a year.  There was a little confusion initially in getting the service started, but this was quickly dealt with. "The initial visit was from a company representative who reviews what your pest problem is and discusses a plan suited for your particular problem. Several days later, a technician named Kai arrived and spent 1.5 hours doing a complete assessment of my home. He pointed out areas where pests could be entering and where I should caulk or use the expandable foam. He is very knowledgeable and professional and seems to enjoy his job. I found a bug that I had never seen before, saved it in a bag, and gave it to him. He couldn't immediately identify it, but he did take it with him to investigate, and on his next visit, told me what it was. I use their quarterly service, and for $65, it is a bargain. Kai doesn't come in and just spray baseboards, in fact he's never done that. He treats all the cracks and crevices that he can find and even does the garage. I've used other pest services, but none have the professionalism and honesty that Impact does."
