He came over, look things over give me a fair estimate and I hired him to do the work. He came the next day with his crew and removed the sod came back the following day replaced all the sod did a great job cleaned up very nice. I had a few spots that needed filled in and he came back a couple days later and replaced all the holes that needed done so everything looks good.
