"If I could give A+ for each category, I would. MJA was highly recommended to me by a neighbor. I thank this woman every time I see her. Manuel, the owner of MJA, is one of the last of a breed of honest and conscientious contractors. His quote for a complete roof replacement was very, and I mean VERY reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently by a polite and hard working crew who left my property neat and tidy at the end of each working day. Even though he was managing several projects at the time, Manuel was on the site every day and working right beside his men. Our roof was extremely old, so there were a few surprises that added to the budget, but Manuel alerted us immediately and thought out of the box to give us the most cost-effective solutions. The final cost was still less than competitors' initial estimates. Don't hesitate to use this company. You will be in good, dependable, and trustworthy hands."

"Arrived on time. Job was done within the time frame quoted. The Finish looks perfect. I am so excited about my roofing replacement I did just now! When I first bought the house two years ago, I had absolutely no idea what needed to be removed and replaced, but Elite work home improvement made it happen with no fuss or muss."

"I went to Angi trying to find a reputable company to change my siding, roof, and gutters. I trusted my gut to go with Home Genius because of their reviews not only on Angi but on google as well. I reached out to Home Genius and they were extremely quick to respond which was a great sign to me. Breanna was the one to respond ON HER HONEYMOON. I got a kick out of that ð . At the time of the sale, I was blown away by what Tre had presented to me. For each project, there was an incredible amount of knowledge thrown my way from both him, before I signed the dotted line, and Taylor the project manager when it came time to execute. Tre wasnâ t pushy or high pressure like a lot of other companies. When it came time to install the roof, siding, and gutters the crews did a most excellent job from start to finish and the clean up was unbelievable. Not a nail, not a piece of anything left behind. Each crew specialized in what they were there to install. Taylor would call me and visit every so often to check in and update me on progress with all of my projects. As Iâ m writing this, I canâ t help but thank everyone involved in making this outcome possible. Just look at my house! Itâ s BEAUTIFUL."

"Very pleased with the work. The team was responsive, showed up when expected, and did an excellent job on our roof. They also paid attention to protecting and cleaning the property during the project."

"Excellent experience from start to finish! The company did an outstanding job replacing our asphalt shingle roof. The crew was professional, punctual, organized, and paid close attention to every detail. They explained the process clearly, used quality materials, and completed the work efficiently while keeping the property clean throughout the project. The finished roof looks amazing, and the workmanship is top-notch. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and everything was completed as promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality roofing work. Definitely a five star company!"

"I recently had my roof replaced by Bora Construction Group, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. "John replaced a roof and installed a hatch on my Bed Stuy brownstone. John was communicative and professional through the whole process. His team is fast and do excellent work. After a year, the hatch needed a small patch. John sent his team out on new years eve, patched the roof in under an hour and didn't charge me a penny. John runs his family business the way everyone should. I highly recommend JJ's roofing."

"It went better than I expected! Sky Tech was recommended to us by our realtor who just had her roof replaced. I dealt with Blanca via e-mail when setting up appointments to get quoted and replace our roof, she was very helpful, polite, and responsive. Dave, the owner, came out to inspect our roof on a Saturday and sent me a quote on Monday. The quote was very detailed and extremely reasonably priced. I signed the quote, sent a check for half the quoted amount, and picked our shingle color. We were scheduled for the following Thursday. A pallet of supplies and materials were delivered two days prior. The Sky Tech crew arrived around 7:45 am and were finished with the job by 12 noon. They threw a netted tarp type of material around the entire house to catch all of the old roof shingles and other materials. Some guys were on the roof putting the new roof in place and some guys were on the ground cleaning up any materials that may have missed the tarp. Before leaving, they combed the perimeter of the house with a magnetic tool to pick up any nails or other metal objects. Dave, came by around 3:30 pm to inspect the completed job, take back any leftover roofing materials, and do a final scan of the property for any missed roof pieces or metal objects. He even nailed part of our soffit that had a little sag as well as removed a broken de-icer that was stuffed into the gutters from the previous home owners. Due to the structure of our house and property, we don't have the best vantage points to see our roof. I have attached a photo though of the new roof, best shot and angle I could get. I would and will definitely recommend Sky Tech for any roofing needs, as well as any other siding, window, or deck needs. I will definitely go to Sky Tech in 20-25 years when our roof needs to be replaced and when we decide to reside our house."

"

Very professional and efficient.   Large crew that got the job done in one day as opposed to a  majority of my neighbors who had to put up with multiple day installations.

They took care in identifying delicate areas such as the pergola and patio furniture protecting them with a tarp.

Cleanup was great and there was no telltale trace of such a large project having taken place.

Finally the price was almost 25% less than some of the other quotes.   I was not sure if there was going to be extensive charges for additional plywood but everything was covered under the original quote.  There was no attempt to upsell or any deceptive pricing.

All in all a great job!
