"The original quote for my project from Design Fencing was several hundreds of dollars higher than I liked, but Michael, their salesman, worked with me on lowering the price to my satisfaction. He sent me frequent updates and texts asking if I had made my decision in choosing a fencing company. He didn't pressure me, but he was persistent in his communication, which greatly impressed me. He sent me a link to check out his company's positive reviews, and he also discussed with me his company's warranty policy. Michael told me that the fence would be put up three to six weeks later, which was fine with me. I gave a deposit of $540 dollars, with the rest to be paid by check or credit card (with a fee) for the job's completion. The day of the installation, it was completed quickly and efficiently in about three hours. "I hired American Way Landscaping to repair my gabion wall that the light weight rocks all washed off of and instal a staircase over the rocks so that we can get to the water. I added a gate to the steps as an after thought to keep my neighbors young kids safe and block access to the water and sand. These guys are THE BEST contractors that I have ever had!!!! Jesus really listens to your project requests that you want done and gives you all the options that you have. He shows you digital images, so you get a better idea what your finish project will look like too. Not once, have I looked outside and saw any of them sitting around or wasting time, even with those mega hot days. I brought them out ice pops to try to cool off. They worked as they ate them too. Their hard work and finished projects caught the eye of neighbors and I believe they scored 2 more jobs, and I am sure they will score more as other neighbors see them! "BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS Express Fencing was exemplary , from the owner, Jenk to the four installers , They went above and beyond in every capacity. I did my homework and got four estimates. Express fencing was competitive with other quotes but offered to do extras , like adapt the fence around my pool heater gas line, straighten out existing fence on one side of yard which was not being replaced , and also fix a gate. I felt that Jenk was honest with his quote right from the start which was not the case with others. The fence looks amazing, perfectly straight and level, which was not easy in my yard around the pool. The actual material of vinyl fencing looks to be of high quality and their workmanship was perfect. The installers, who were polite, prompt and professional worked from daylight to dark (had to put my outside lights on) to get the job done in one day so I would not be inconvenienced a second day. Jenk came by as they finished to make sure the install was perfect and personally put the caps on the posts, then helped to make sure the yard was completely clean.
