"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. Their warranty gives me peace of mind, and I expect to enjoy the bathroom for many years to come!"
