"I had a concrete patio installed, and I love it. Malco landscape is a very professional company from start to finish. I was kept up-to-date on everything as needed. The process was very seamless and Bob was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Malco landscape to anyone!!!"

"Outstanding finish product. Looks better than new. This company is very responsive, timely, and offers a beautiful finish product at a very reasonable cost. Pager were losing sand and Jeff refilled and sealed patio to better than original condition. If you need a paver patio or repairs to your existing patio, this is the company to call."

"It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."

"They arrived several hours later than projected, due to another more complicated job. I suggest leaving your phone number with them so if they are running late they can call you. I left my phone number and they called to say they were running late. They apologized for being so late. However, since the price was right and their job is very professional, I have no qualms. Prior to the coating, they used a leaf blower to blow off all the dust, dirt, and debris. Upon completion, they cordoned off the completed areas, and didn't leave a mess. Very neatly and professionally done by two young ladies and a young man. I was also properly advised on how soon to use the driveway. So overall, I appreciate their efforts and would most likely use them again. Also, I was expecting them to spray on the coating (which another company did for me several years back). However, they did actually pour and spread it, which I think works better and is more effective."

"I liked that when Scott started the work he kept at it until the work was done five days later.  He didn’t leave my job to do another one and then come back.  Scott is easy to work with and maintained a clean worksite.  I have received multiple compliments from friends and family asking if I built the wall.  When I tell them I didn’t, they ask who did?  Scott has also completed other work for me over the years that I’ve been very pleased with."

"

Tony and his crew painted the exterior of a home I own in the Midtown Historic District in Harrisburg.  At the beginning of the project, they discovered rotted window frames and notified me quickly.  After I had the damage corrected, they went on to paint the siding and all the wood trim on this 1880's home.

I was very happy with the result.  The painting they did was absolutely perfect!  It looks fabulous, and several neighbors have complimented the job and asked for the contractor's info.

Tony was very communicative and was a pleasure to deal with.

I would definitely use again!

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Enola, PA

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
