"My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. "Did an awesome job and explained everything and even did some extra repair. Comes with a labor and parts warranty. UNFORTUNATELY Ron closed the business down when his son fell and was killed, terrible loss. Problem for me is my roof is leaking and my warranty is worthless. Feel sorry for all the people that he put out of work also. Have tried to contact him but phone and Facebook are shut down"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
