"I was able to set an appointment the very next day with their company. This was on short notice and they went above and beyond to fit me in their schedule. He showed professionalism and compassion over the phone. He showed up on time. The job was a tall order. I was amazed at the results. The carpets was cleaned above my expectations. "At first, I gave Mr Gunn a great review due to his quick response and taking care of any issue that I didn't know about. One of the repairs he did for me was to fix a leak in our building and cool seal seams. He guaranteed the leak for six months. (written on receipt). Within a month and a half the leak returned. I have called, left messages for Mr Gunn on 4 different occasions, with no response. Not good business practices."
