"Austin arrived early, calling 1st to see if it was OK.  I showed him the sprinkler system components & described what I knew was broken.  He spent maybe 15 minutes poking around and turning on & off water (my system is pretty small).  Then he explained what he could see was wrong, what else could be broken, and what he'd need to do to find out.  He gave me what he saw as the pros and cons of further work on it, before launching into work that would cost me more than the initial special.  I decided not to move forward, and he didn't try to push at all.  He was professional, appeared knowledgeable (certainly knows a lot more than me), and helpful.  Clearly a good guy, working for an outfit that treats him well.  I'd definitely recommend the company! <br />"

"I've been on a plan with Washington Tree and Lawn Care for years. They keep track of what needs to be done so if I have some reason why I don't want it done they will reschedule it, they use eco friendly products, they are very reliable, very helpful, and are reasonably priced. They are efficient about what they're doing, when they're coming, and if I do have a question they are responsive within a day. They have a window of time to get here and they always get here in the period. If anything is happening on their end like weather they always call me so I feel like it's a very good service. I think Washington Tree and Lawn Care is a very good company."

"Sia was very punctual and professional.  He was the first to contact me back and get out to perform the estimate.  We had an existing 8'x9' aggregate patio that we wanted to extend to make 16'x17'.  Initially we wanted two quotes...one to match the existing patio and one for a stamped concrete patio to overlay the existing.  Sia pointed out some things that were wrong with our existing patio as did the other contractors that came in so decided to give me a third quote that would be overlaying the entire patio with aggregate.   <br /> Option one was matching and extending which was quoted at $2000.  Option two was overlaying the existing patio and extending with aggregate which was $2500.  Option three was overlaying the existing patio and extending with stamped concrete which was $3000.  Overall, his prices were inline with what I ended up receiving from most others.  However, I felt he kind of just threw numbers out.  There is hardly any additional labor or materials needed for option two but it increased $500. <br /> The main reason I chose not to go with Sia is because every contractor that I brought out said it was a bad idea to overlay the existing patio.  They explained that it would create a void and eventually cause the top layer to crack or chip in due time.  I am sure that by Sia's professionalism and punctuality that the quality of his work is good but I was not willing to take a chance. <br />"

"I contacted Nicole by email 3 months ago and she gave me a quote for per sq. feet. I went to work getting the back yard ready ... rain slowed down my progress. We set up a date, Hugo came this morning with a smile on his face and went directly to work. He did a great job, very efficient, professional and informative. I'll update this review in a month when they come back to overseed/fertilize and when my back yard is beautiful grass. <br />"
