"AM painting did an outstanding job that was a small but somewhat difficult job. Their estimate was 1/2 The cost from other contractors. Antonio was easy to work with. Gerry"

"They were on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up the work area completely after the project was finished. Work was done to a high standard and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Near Me Roofing Company and wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again in the future."

"Helped with a laundry room Renovation. Very helpful and patient as I changed my mind mid project."

"I can not say enough good things about Big Dog Handyman Services! We were in the middle of a high-stress, time-sensitive scramble to get our house ready to list, and one big project still loomed?a shower that needed plumbing adjustments and an insert installation. It had been on our to-do list forever, always pushed down by more urgent tasks. Enter Big Dog Handyman Services. From the very first interaction, they were responsive, kind, and professional. They understood the urgency of our situation and managed to fit us in the same week?which felt like a miracle. The work was completed quickly and beautifully, just in time for our listing photos. Their craftsmanship and efficiency lifted such a huge weight off our shoulders. And as a bonus? My Corgi, who is notoriously picky about who she lets in her domain, gave them two paws up. That is the ultimate seal of approval in our house. Thank you, Big Dog team, for saving the day with grace and good humor. You will be the first we call!"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"We talked to five or six siding installers and Key & JM was one of the final two. It was really close!"

"Fantastic! P. Martinez showed up in 3 hours of my call to give us a fair bid. His crew was here the following day at 8am to start the wall paper strip. They did that in 1 day. The following day they did a great job filling, caulking and painting. Also they did a perfect clean up. We could not be more satisfied with this project. I will definitely hire Porfirio Martinez again for painting, drywall or other work."

"Yanni showed up on time both days and worked hard.  The paint looks great and we are very pleased with the results.

"We partnered with EA painting for a complete exterior painting of our Sammamish home. Vadim was the first person we interacted with to obtain an estimate. From the very beginning, Vadim set himself apart from the rest of the bidders by his preparedness, use of technology, and frequent communication with us about that project. Most importantly, the bid was very competitive, and they had the reviews to back them up. After agreeing on a statement of work, we were introtuced to Slavic who helped us schedule all the activities and coordinate paint colors, etc. He also was very patient in working with our not so expedient HOA approval. Despite the HOA delay, Slavic was still able to put us on the schedule despite a very busy spring and summer schedule. Finally, the actual painters who worked on our home were Lucy and Carlos. They did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home, and I would highly recommend them to anyone working with EA in the future. Their attention to detail, daily communication, schedule flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our special requests totally exceeded our expectations. We have a very unique home with complex architecture and a certain character that requires a lot of attention to small details in order for the job to be done right. Lucy and Carlos did exactly that, and more, and we are extremely grateful for their exptertise and craft. We highly recommend EA to anyone considering an exterior painting of their home, and want the job to be done right."
