"What a great experience and final product. Eddie and Simon were relentless in finding the perfect stones for the new retaining wall and front steps. Installation was done beautifully and with a masterful eye. They also installed the new railing on the steps, which came out beautifully, too. " Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the overall project."

"We had a fairly new home that was 4 years old when we started to see cracks in the foundation. And whenever it rain heavy, water was seeping through the cracks on to the floor.  I called several people to come out and they gave me many different options as to how they would fix it. I was not happy with the advice until a contractor told me about Crack-X. It took several phone calls to finally get a call back. But I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment at the same time. The employee (Alex ) who showed up was terrific. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job. It took several hours to finish the job. He mentioned that their work has a 10 year warranty. "Lou did a fantastic job with my pool. The job initially started out as a concrete repair job, but quickly turned into a full tear out and replace of the entire pool skirt and fill underneath it. He and his wife took the time to explain every step of the process and to go over the contract in every detail. My wife and I really appreciated their taking the time to go over everything with us and explain every cost involved in the job. Lou is very responsive and would return my calls promptly whenever I had a question. In addition, even after the job was complete Lou has called to check in on the work and make sure everything is going well with the pool.
