"I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! "The technician was eight hours late. It was 7 p.m. when he and a helper arrived. Neither one had any idea how to clean my wood stove. They dismantled it, including tearing down the catalytic converter. They lost bolts. When they were "done," they put stuff back in without bolts and all the catalytic plates fell out. The stove is now unusable in the dead of winter. The parts will cost $1200 plus a service call from a qualified technician, which is almost impossible to get without booking a month in advance in this weather. This order will cost me $2,000 at the rate it is going. This is a horrible company. Will not return calls or address damage. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I don't care if a veteran owns it, they do awful work, are ignorant and have no respect for customers or their property."
