"We hired Joe to do a number concrete/flooring work for us. A new epoxy garage floor, reseal 600 sq ft of concrete, stain match colored concrete and resurface our porch. All were excellent. "The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."
